How to make it

In a small bowl, combine pepper, brown sugar, lemon juice, minced garlic, butter and Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce (soy mixture).
Microwave for 30 seconds and set aside.
Drizzle 2 Tbsp of oil on the fillet and then grill for three minutes on each side.
Pour the soy mixture over the fillet. Serve hot.
