9 oz. beef, diced
5 oz. broccoli, cut into small florets
1 oz. carrots, shredded
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Marinade
1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. cornstarch

How to make it
Mix beef with marinade.
Blanch broccoli and carrot in boiling water (or cook with 2 Tbsp. water in a microwave at high heat for 90 seconds). Drain.
Stir-fry beef in 2 Tbsp. oil until done. Add broccoli, carrots, and Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce. Stir well until heated through.
Serve.
