Salsa Con Pollo

How to make it

Char the green chilis over an open flame. Once charred, place it in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 10 minutes before peeling the chilis and taking out the seeds.

Meanwhile, preheat your pan over medium heat. Roll onion and garlic in oil then sprinkle it with salt. Place them on the grill pan and cook it until the surface is charred. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then, place the sauce in a medium sauce pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to achieve the desired taste.

Marinate the chicken in PREMIUM SOY SAUCE for about 1 minute. 

Grill the chicken for 2 minutes per side. 
Remove the chicken from the pan and place it in an oven-safe pan or dish. Cover the chicken with the sauce then cover it with aluminum foil. Bake in a 180°C oven for 35 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan and shred it. Mix the shredded chicken back into the sauce.
