In a bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce, sugar and chicken stock. Once combined, set the sauce aside. Then, in a wok or large skillet, add oil and fry the pork until the meat has browned and released some fat. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.

Next, add garlic and onion and sauté until brown. Then add the rest of the vegetables sauté for another 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add the seasoned sauce and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the noodles, making sure it gets soaked in the sauce. Continue cooking until all the liquid has dried up and the noodles are tender. Season with more salt and pepper to taste, serve and enjoy!
