How to make it
Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp. Premium Soy Sauce and 1 Tbsp. cornstarch for 15 minutes.
In a heated pan with oil, cook chicken until almost done.
Add ginger, dry sherry and the rest of the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in Premium Soy Sauce and 1 tsp. sugar and mix well. Cook mixture until heated through.
