  • 4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, powder

How to make it

  1. Combine pork chops with marinade ingredients, except wild rice, in baking pan. Mix well. Marinate mixture for 30 minutes.
  2. Bake at 400 degree temperature for 45 minutes or until done.
  3. Serve with Hoisin Sauce and wild rice, as desired.
