  • 1 lb. steamed rice
  • 4 oz. char siu (Chinese BBQ), diced
  • 1 oz. green onion, diced
  • 1 oz. shallots, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil

Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

How to make it
