350g (2 pcs) Fish fillet
6 Tbsp. Corn starch, for dusting
Peanuts, chopped, roasted, for topping
Fresh vegetables, for serving
Marinade
1 Tbsp. Fine Chili Sauce
1/2 pc Egg, beaten
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
Sauce Mix
1 tsp. Fine Chili Sauce
2 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Corn starch
125 ml Water
1 Tbsp. Diced bell pepper
1 tsp. Fish Sauce

How to make it
Mix fish fillet with marinade.
Bring dipping sauce to the boil. Set aside.
Dust fish fillet with corn starch. Pan-fry fish fillet in oil until golden yellow and done. Put on a serving plate.
Sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts. Serve with sauce mix and fresh vegetables.
