  • 4 stems scallions, finely diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. chicken breast, boneless, store-bought or pre-prepared
  • 1/2 piece red bell pepper, remove seeds, sliced into thin pieces
  • 2 whole pizza dough, 6-inch, ready-made

Seasoning

  • 1/4 can Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place pizza dough on pizza pan. Brush olive oil thoroughly on pizza dough.
  3. Spread Hoisin Sauce on center of dough. Follow by sprinkling chicken breast over crust. Then, place bell pepper and scallions over crust.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and black pepper and place entire pizza pan into oven
  5. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
