8 oz. chicken breast, cut into strips
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 cup bell peppers (red and green), deseeded and diced
2 whole tomatoes, medium diced
1 cup celery, diced
2 cups cooked rice
8 oz. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Seasoning
4 cups chicken broth
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

How to make it
In a heated saucepan, sauté chicken with oil for 5 minutes.
Stir in vegetables, Chili Garlic Sauce, cooked rice and chicken broth.
Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 8-10 ninutes.
