Cook pasta by following the packaging instructions. Make sure the water has a lot of salt.

In a medium sized pan, add SESAME OIL, garlic and onions. Sweat for 5 minutes. Add in the Italian sausage and brown for 3 minutes.

Add tomato paste, OYSTER SAUCE and chili flakes and cook for 1 minute. Then add the canned tomatoes, basil and oregano and cook for another minute.

Add chicken stock then bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add in the cooked pasta and Mozzarella cheese. Toss everything together.

Place the pasta mixture in a baking sheet then top it with parmesan cheese. Bake in a 180°C oven for 15 minutes.
