6-8 pounds ham, cooked
4 oz. raisin
2 cups water
2 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
Seasoning
6 oz. Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dilute with 2 Tbsp. water
1 pinch salt
3 Tbsp. Lee Kem Kee Seasoned Red Vinegar

How to make it
Heat up cooked ham according to direction and set aside.
In a small sauce pan, combine Plum Sauce, raisin, water, pinch of salt, and ginger.
Bring mixture into boil for 1 minute and stir in cornstarch.
Cook mixture until thicken. Serve over sliced ham.
