Japanese fresh noodles/Udon noodles 400 g / 克 [2 packets]
Pork 120 g / 克 [shredded]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [shredded]
Chili 1 pc [Red, shredded]
Chili 1 pc [Green, shredded]
Freshly Minced Garlic 1 tbsp / 湯匙


Chili Bean Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Hoisin Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Saute red chili, green chili and garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add pork, onion and stir-fry until done.
  2. Add Japanese noodles and sesaoning mix. Stir well until heated through.
