Savoury Egg and Bacon Tartlets

Kid's Favorite

Short Crust Pastry 200 g / 克defrosted
Bacon 90 g / 克 [chopped]
Egg (s) 2 pcs [large]
Onion(s) 1 pc [chopped]
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, shell and chop.
  2. Roll out pastry and line greased tartlet cases.
  3. Bake tartlets at 200C [400F] hot oven until crust and golden yellow.
  4. Fry bacon in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add onion and Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce.  Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.  Stir in hard-boiled eggs.
  5. Spoon the fried filling onto baked tartlet cases.
