Breaded Chicken Breast with Hoisin Sauce

Kid's Favorite

Chicken breast meat 250 g / 克 [cut thinly]
Plain flour 4 tbsp / 湯匙
Egg (s) 1 pc [beaten]
Breadcrumbs or panko [Japanese breadcrumbs] 1 cup / 杯
Hoisin Sauce 4 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
White Vinegar 1 tbsp / 湯匙


Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

  1. Combine Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce,  Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil(Blended) and vinegar in a small bowl (Hoisin sauce mixture).  Mix well and set aside.
  2. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken into flour. Dip again into the beaten egg.  Dip again into breadcrumbs until chicken breast is fully coated.
  4. Deep-fry chicken until golden yellow and done.  Serve with Hoisin sauce mixture.
