Stir-fried Rice and Ostrich Meat with XO Sauce

Cooked rice 350 g / 克
Ostrich meat 120 g / 克 [diced]
Pine Nuts 50 g / 克
Green peas 50 g / 克
Carrot (s) 25 g / 克 [diced finely]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Red, diced]
Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙 [minced]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
2 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Stir-fry pine nuts in oil until golden yellow.  Drain.
  2. Mix ostrich meat with marinade.
  3. Saute minced garlic in 2 tbsp oil.  Add ostrich meat and stir-fry until done.  Add all vegetables and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, seasoning mix, pine nuts and heat through.
