How to make it
Sauté chicken with 1 Tbsp. oil for 2 minutes.
Add red bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook until wilted.
Add Oyster Flavored Sauce and cook until heated through. Set aside (chicken mixture).
In a heated non-stick skillet, add 2 Tbsp. oil. Cook eggs for 1-2 minutes.
Add the chicken mixture and season with black pepper.
Drizzle Hoisin Sauce before serving.
