Chicken fillet 200 g / 克 [sliced]
Bean vermicelli/Bean threads 90 g / 克 [sectioned]
Asparagus 90 g / 克 [sliced]
Carrot (s) 50 g / 克 [sliced]
Bean curd puffs 6 pcs [sliced]


Fine Shrimp Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Oil 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Soak bean vermicelli in water until soft and drain.
  2. Mix all ingredients with marinade. Steam on high heat for 10 minutes or until done.
