Rice vermicelli 300 g / 克 [cooked]
Pork 120 g / 克 [minced]
Onion(s) 1/2 pcs [shredded]
Chinese mushroom(s) 4 pcs [soaked and shredded]
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [sectioned]
Freshly Minced Garlic 2 tsp / 茶匙


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce 5 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Marinate minced pork for 15 minutes.
  2. Saute minced garlic, onion and Chinese mushrooms in 3 tbsp oil.  Add pork and stir-fry until done.
  3. Add green onions, vermicelli and sauce mix.  Stir well until heated through.
