Stir-fried Pork Jowl Meat with Premium Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Pork jowl meat 300 g / 克 [sliced]
Celery 120 g / 克 [diced]
Bell pepper (s) 75 g / 克 [Red, diced]
Bell pepper (s) 75 g / 克 [Yellow, diced]
Freshly Minced Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙
Green onion(s) 10 g / 克 [sectioned]
Ginger (s) 3 slices


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Chicken Bouillon Powder 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch and water solution 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Soy Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch and water solution 1 tbsp / 湯匙


Directions
  1. Marinate pork jowl pork for 8 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Pan-fry pork jowl meat until both sides are golden yellow. Add celery and stir-fry for a while. Stir in bell peppers and the left ingredients. Swirl ½ tbsp oil in the wok. Stir-fry the ingredients until fragrant.
  3. Add sauce mix and heat through. Finally, stir in Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil(Blended).
