Stir-fried Egg with Minced Pork in XO Sauce

Minced pork 90 g / 克 [or chicken]
Egg (s) 5 pcs [beaten]
Green onion(s) 2 tbsp / 湯匙 [diced]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
XO Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Salt 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Marinate minced pork for 15 minutes.
  2. Add green onion and seasoning mix to eggs.  Beat well.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Stir-fry pork until done.  Add egg mixture and stir well until set.

    *Marinating Time : 15 minutes.
