Winter melon(s) 300 g / 克 [cut into 12 thick slices]
Pork fillet/loin 90 g / 克 [shredded]
Baby corn 50 g / 克 [diced]
Hon Shimeji mushroom(s) 50 g / 克


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 5 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix pork with marinade.
  2. Steam winter melon on high heat for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain. Keep warm.
  3. Stir-fry pork and baby corn in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add Hon Shimeji mushrooms, sauce mix and heat through. Pour over winter melon to serve.
