Shredded red chili and green onion [ for garnish]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Hoisin Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Freshly Minced Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 4 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Marinate pork for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Stir-fry pork until cooked.
  3. Add sauce mix and heat through. Garnish with red chili and green onion.
