Rice with Spare Ribs in Seasoned Soy Sauce

Ingredients

Spare rib (s) 250 g / 克 [chopped into pieces]
Rice 250 g / 克
Chinese mushroom(s) 4 pcs [soaked and halved]
Ginger (s) 2 slices
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [shredded]
Water 350 ml / 毫升
Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 50 ml / 毫升
XO Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙


Marinade

Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Freshly Minced Garlic 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Cooking Wine 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Mix spare ribs with marinade, Chinese mushrooms and ginger for 30 minutes.
  2. Rinse rice and drain.  Add water and cook until rice is almost done.
  3. Arrange spare ribs, Chinese mushrooms and ginger on rice and cook until done.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Saute green onions until fragrant.  Add Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood and XO Sauce.  Pour over rice. Serve hot.

Note :  The water amount is for reference.  Adjust the amount to your personal taste.
