Ingredients

Pork fillet/loin 50 g / 克 [thinly sliced]
Shanghai cabbage 50 g / 克 [halved]
Onion(s) 25 g / 克 [1/4 pc, thinly sliced]
Enoki mushroom(s) 25 g / 克


Marinade

Peppercorn Chilli Oil 2 tsp / 茶匙
Chili Bean Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp / 茶匙
Hot water 250 ml / 毫升


Directions
  1. Put chicken stock and all ingredients in a heatproof deep bowl.  Cover and microwave at HIGH for about 4 minutes or until done.  Serve hot.
