Bean curd puffs 75 g / 克 [6 pcs, halved]
Mashed shrimp meat 150 g / 克
Ham 25 g / 克 [minced]
Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙 [minced]
Chili 1 tsp / 茶匙 [red, minced]
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙 [for dusting]


Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
White pepper to taste
Premium Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 4 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix mashed shrimp meat and ham with marinade.
  2. Turn bean curd puffs to form pockets.  Dust inside with corn starch.  Stuff bean curd puffs with mashed shrimp meat.
  3. Deep-fry bean curd puffs in hot oil until golden yellow and done.  Drain.
  4. Saute garlic and red chili in 1 tbsp oil.  Stir in sauce mix, heat through and pour over fried bean curd puffs.  Serve at once.
