Pork Meatball Congee

Organic 10-grain congee 250 g / 克1/2 packet
Minced pork 250 g / 克
Water 2 L / 升
Premium Oyster Sauce [to taste]
Pepper [to taste]


Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Diced green onion

  1. Mix minced pork with marinade.  Divide into 16 portions and form into balls.
  2. Cook 10-grain congee according to packet instructions.  Add meatballs and cook for 5 minutes or until done.  Season according to personal taste.  Top with diced green onion.  Serve hot.
