Pork Kebabs in Lemon Sauce

Kid's Favorite

Pork fillet/loin 120 g / 克 [cut into 16 pieces]
Canned pineapple 4 rings [cut into 16 pieces]
Cherry tomato (es) 8 pcs [halved]
Salt 1/4 tsp / 茶匙
Sauce for Lemon Chicken 80 g / 克 [1 pack]

  1. Mix pork fillet with salt. 
  2. Alternate all ingredients on 8 skewers.  Pan-fry kebabs in oil until done. Pour over Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Lemon Chicken when serving.
