Pork chop (s) 350 g / 克 [boneless, lightly beaten]
Onion(s) 90 g / 克 [shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 25 g / 克 [red, shredded]


Premium Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Lemon juice 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Honey 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix pork chop with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry pork chop in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Set aside.
  3. Stir-fry onion and bell pepper in 2 tbsp oil until soft. Add sauce mix, pork chop and heat through.
