Pork belly 300 g / 克 [thinly sliced]
Freshly Minced Garlic 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Minced Ginger 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Roasted sesame seeds and shredded green onion [for topping]


Chili Bean Sauce 2 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Char Siu Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Pan-fry pork belly in 1/2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Add minced garlic, ginger and stir well for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
