Mixed Vermicelli and Bacon with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Ready-to-eat rice vermicelli 150 g / 克
Bean vermicelli/Bean threads 50 g / 克 [sectioned]
Bacon 50 g / 克 [shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Red, shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Green, shredded]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 250 ml / 毫升
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Soak bean vermicelli in water until soft.  Drain. 
  2. Stir-fry bacon in 1 tbsp oil until crispy.  Set aside.
  3. Use remaining oil to stir-fry bell peppers for 1 minute.  Add rice vermicelli, bean vermicelli and sauce mix.  Cook until sauce thickens. Stir in fried bacon.
