Pork 300 g / 克 [diced]
Bell pepper (s) 2 pcs [diced]
Chinese mushroom(s) 6 pcs [soaked, drained and diced]
Garlic 1 tbsp / 湯匙 [minced]


Chili Bean Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Oil 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Marinate pork for 15 minutes.
  2. Saute minced garlic and mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil. Add pork and stir-fry until done.
  3. Stir in bell peppers and heat through.

     *     Pork can be replaced by chicken.
