Fried Japanese Fresh Noodles with Pork in Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood

Ingredients

Japanese fresh noodles/Udon noodles 400 g / 克 [2 packets]
Pork fillet/loin 200 g / 克 [shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [green, shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [red, shredded]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [shredded]
Fried egg sheet 1 pc [shredded, optional]


Marinade

Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 3 tbsp / 湯匙
XO Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙


Directions
  1. Mix pork with marinade.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and saute onion until fragrant.  Add pork and stir-fry until done.  Add bell peppers and stir well.
  3. Add Japanese fresh noodles and sauce mix.  Stir well until heated through.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded egg sheet.
