Assorted Dices with Oyster Sauce on Bean Curd

Soft bean curd/Soft tofu 400 g / 克 [cut into 2 cm slices]
Pork 75 g / 克 [diced]
Shrimp(s) 75 g / 克 [meat, deveined and diced]
Baby corn 75 g / 克 [diced]
Green peas 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Chinese mushroom(s) 4 pcs [soaked, drained an diced]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙
White Pepper to taste
Water 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix pork and shrimps with marinade.
  2. Steam soft bean curd on medium heat for 10 minutes.  Drain.  Keep warm.
  3. Stir-fry pork, shrimps and mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil until done. 
  4. Stir in baby corn, green peas and thickening.  Heat through and pour on steamed bean curd.
