Stir-fried Rice Cake with Fine Shrimp Sauce

Shanghai rice cake 450 g / 克vacuum pack, sliced
Onion(s) 80 g / 克 [shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 40 g / 克 [Red, shredded]
Shrimp(s) 120 g / 克 [meat]
Green onion(s) 40 g / 克 [sectioned]
Fine Shrimp Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙


Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 3 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Stir-fry onion and red bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil.  Add shrimp meat and stir well.  Add Fine Shrimp Sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.  Dish and set aside.
  2. Stir-fry Shanghai rice cake in 1 tbsp oil until soft.  It takes approx.5 minutes.  Add seasoning mix, shrimp meat mixture and stir well. Add green onion and stir well.
