Rice sticks 350 g / 克
Chicken meat 120 g / 克 [shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [shredded]
Carrot (s) 25 g / 克 [shredded]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
XO Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Add bell pepper and carrot.  Stir well until tender.
  3. Add rice noodles and seasoning mix.  Stir well until heated through.
