Stir-fried Meatballs and Bowties with Hoisin Sauce

Meatball(s) 150 g / 克 [beef and pork, halved]
Bowties 120 g / 克 [or farfalle]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [sliced]
Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙 [minced]


Hoisin Sauce 5 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 6 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Cook bowties in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Stir-fry minced garlic and meatballs in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Stir in bell pepper, bowties, sauce mix and heat through.
