Stir-fried Chili Chicken Dices

Chicken fillet 300 g / 克 [diced]
Water chestnuts 90 g / 克diced
Green onion(s) 3 pcs [sectioned]
Garlic 3 cloves [sliced]
Ginger (s) 3 slices
Chiu Chow Chili Oil 2 tbsp / 湯匙


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Saute green onions, garlic and ginger in 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil. Add chicken and water chestnuts. Stir-fry until done.
  3. Stir in thickening and heat through.
