Stir-fried Beef and Bowties with Black Bean Garlic Sauce

Beef fillet/tenderloin 150 g / 克 [sliced]
Bell pepper (s) 150 g / 克 [sliced]
Bowties 120 g / 克 [or Farfalle]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [sliced]
Parsley 2 tsp / 茶匙 [chopped, optional]
Black Bean Garlic 2 tbsp / 湯匙


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 4 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Cook bowties in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender.  Drain. 
  2. Saute Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add beef and stir-fry until done.  Add bell peppers, onion and stir-fry for about 1 minute.  Stir in bowties, sauce mix and heat through.  Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

    Remark: Bell peppers can be replaced by yellow and green squashes.
