Stir-fried Assorted Beans and Beef with XO Sauce

Beef fillet/tenderloin 200 g / 克 [diced]
Canned Red Kidney Beans 50 g / 克drained
Canned Chick Peas 50 g / 克drained
Sugar snaps 50 g / 克 [halved]
Red Onion 1/2 pc [diced]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Orange, diced]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
XO Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Mix beef with marinade.
  2. Saute red onion in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add beef and stir-fry until just done.
  3. Add red kidney beans, chick peas, sugar snap, bell pepper and seasoning mix.  Stir well until heated through.
