Fried Beef Rolls in Hoisin Sauce

Sirloin beef steak (s) 250 g / 克 [12 thin slices]
Carrot (s) 50 g / 克 [shredded finely]
Celery 50 g / 克 [shredded finely]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [shredded finely]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Hoisin Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 5 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix beef slices with marinade.
  2. Divide carrot, celery and bell pepper into 12 portions. Put filling onto beef slices and roll up.
  3. Pan-fry beef rolls in 3 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Arrange on a serving plate.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over beef rolls.
