Stir-fried Pumpkin and Beef with Oyster Sauce

Pumpkin 300 g / 克 [diced]
Beef fillet/tenderloin 200 g / 克 [diced]
Lemon grass 1 stalk [chopped]
Chili 1/2 pc [Red, diced]
Garlic 2 cloves [chopped]
Parsley 2 tbsp / 湯匙 [chopped]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Soy Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 5 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix beef with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry pumpkin in 3 tbsp oil until soft.  Set aside.
  3. Saute lemon grass, red chili and garlic in 1 tbsp oil.  Add beef and stir-fry until done.
  4. Add pumpkin, sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens.  Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
