Stir-fried Chicken and Macadamia Nuts with Oyster Sauce

Beginner's
Ingredients

Chicken meat 300 g / 克 [diced]
Carrot (s) 50 g / 克 [diced]
Celery 1 stick [diced]
Canned pineapple 2 rings [cut into pieces]
Macadamia Nuts 3 tbsp / 湯匙


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 45 g / 克
Water 5 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Add carrot, celery and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  2. Stir in sauce mix, pineapple, macadamia nuts and heat through.
