Stir-fried Bean Curd and Assorted Vegetables with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Fried bean curd/Fried tofu 250 g / 克 [3 pcs, fried and diced]
Frozen mixed vegetables 50 g / 克 [defrosted]
Chinese mushroom(s) 2 pcs [soaked, squeezed and diced]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 45 g / 克
Water 6 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1/4 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Saute mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil.  Add fried bean curd and assorted vegetables.  Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  2. Stir in sauce mix and heat through.
