Lamb Chop with Garlic in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Lamb chop(s) 450 g / 克
Garlic 3 cloves [minced]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 8 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Mix lamb chop with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry lamb chop in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.  Set aside.
  3. Saute garlic in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add sauce mix, lamb chop and heat through.
