Stir-Fried Scallop and Broccoli with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Scallop (s) 300 g / 克
Broccoli 250 g / 克 [cut into pieces]
Carrot (s) 25 g / 克 [sliced]
Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Water 4 tbsp / 湯匙


Directions
  1. Cook scallops in boiling water until done.  Drain.
  2. Blanch broccoli and carrot in boiling water.  Drain.
  3. Saute minced garlic in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add scallops, broccoli, carrot, sauce mix and heat through.

      *   Scallops can be replaced by prawns or squid.
