Stir-fried Eel with Oyster Sauce

Ricefield eel 300 g / 克 [meat, cut into thick strips]
Celery 200 g / 克 [cut into thick strips]
Carrot (s) 50 g / 克 [cut into thick strips]
Ginger (s) 4 slices [shredded]
Minced garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Cooking Wine 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
White pepper a little
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix rice field eel meat with marinade.
  2. Blanch celery and carrot in boiling water.  Drain.
  3. Saute ginger and minced garlic in 1 tbsp oil.  Add rice field eel meat and stir-fry until done.  Stir in celery, carrot and sauce mix.  Stir well until heated through.
