Spinach noodles 120 g / 克 [2 pcs]
Ostrich meat 120 g / 克 [shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [shredded]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 2 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Cook spinach noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Stir-fry ostrich meat in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in spinach noodles, sauce mix and heat through.
