Oyster Hot Pot with Ginger and Green Onion

Ingredients

Oyster(s) 500 g / 克
Sliced ginger and sectioned green onion 75 g / 克


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 2 tsp / 茶匙
Water 100 ml / 毫升


Directions
  1. Blanch oysters in boiling water. Drain.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in an earthen pot. Saute ginger and green onion until fragrant. Add oysters, sauce mix and heat through.
