Hot Chicken and Beef Rolls with Asparagus

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 120 g / 克 [6 thin slices]
Beef fillet/tenderloin 120 g / 克 [6 thin slices]
Asparagus 120 g / 克 [baby, cut into 12 cm length]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Sesame Oil (Blended) 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Guilin Chili Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Water 5 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Mix chicken and beef with marinade.
  2. Wrap the lower part of asparagus with either chicken or beef fillet to form rolls.
  3. Pan-fry asparagus rolls in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Stir in sauce mix. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes until meat is done.
